Lugano & Co. Monthly Travel Drawing Policy

At Lugano & Co., we believe in rewarding our clientele in meaningful and memorable ways. As part of our continued commitment to offering an elevated experience, we conduct a private drawing for eligible customers. Below are the terms, conditions, and structure that govern participation in this exclusive benefit.

1. Drawing Overview

Each month, one client is quietly selected and contacted.

Our drawing offers one qualifying customer the opportunity to receive a 3-night luxury hotel stay at a destination of their choice, including two (2) first-class airline tickets.

Selection may vary based on demand and internal scheduling, and is conducted solely at Lugano & Co.’s discretion.

The drawing is held privately and at random, with winners selected internally and confidentially by Lugano & Co.

There is no publicly announced date or time for the drawing. Winners are chosen at our sole discretion, and all selections are final.

2. Eligibility

All customers who place a qualifying order through www.luganoandco.com within the month are automatically entered.

Only one entry per person per order is considered. Multiple orders may increase chances, but do not guarantee selection.

Customer must be 18 years of age or older and reside in a country we ship to.

3. Notification & Claiming

The selected winner will be notified directly via the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout during their qualifying purchase.

Failure to respond within 7 days of notification may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another recipient may be selected.

Lugano & Co. reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any selected participant prior to awarding the prize.

4. Terms of the Prize

The travel package includes:

A 3-night stay at a luxury property, coordinated in alignment with the winner’s preferred destination.
Two (2) round-trip first-class airline tickets, booked in accordance with availability and budget.

The total retail value of the complete travel package shall not exceed $7,777 USD — a symbolic figure chosen to reflect both exclusivity and good fortune. Any arrangements beyond this value may be coordinated at the winner’s discretion and expense.

Travel must be booked within 90 days of receiving the reward and must be scheduled no later than 12 months from the date of notification.

Blackout dates, availability restrictions, and peak-season limitations may apply.

No cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution of the reward is permitted.

5. Additional Conditions

Lugano & Co. reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify the drawing or its terms at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Participation in the drawing constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

This offer is void where prohibited by law.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Information collected at checkout, including email address and phone number, is used solely for internal selection and communication purposes.

No public announcement or publication of the winner will be made unless explicitly approved by the winner.
